The Principal

Gary N. Davis is Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Davis Consultants Asia. Mr. Davis has thirty years of experience in high technology marketing and business development including senior marketing positions with Perkin-Elmer Corp.- Memory Products Division, Spectra Logic Corp., and Eikon Inc. Prior to establishing Davis Consultants in 1993, Mr. Davis held the position of Director of International Sales at Cambrian Systems Inc., a supplier of metrology and test equipment to the disk drive industry. Davis Consultants is a member firm of the International Disk Equipment Manufacturer's Association (IDEMA) where Mr. Davis serves as Executive Director, Asia Pacific Region. He is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce (Malaysia), and the American Electronics Association (AEA). Mr. Davis has published several articles on the subject of manufacturing high technology products in Asia, and has been a contributing author for various industry studies published by Davis Consultants as well as Peripheral Research Corporation.
